Honours Distinctions
Awarded eleven honours distinctions throughout the Mathematical Engineering degree.
Final-year Mathematical Engineering student focused on optimization, artificial intelligence and decision-making. Currently working at the Instituto de Matemática Interdisciplinar and developing mathematical and computational tools for complex real-world problems.
Currently preparing my final-year project on multicriteria facility location, combining mathematical modelling, optimization and data-driven methods.
A brief introduction to my academic profile and interests.
I am a Mathematical Engineering student at the Complutense University of Madrid, about to begin the final year of my degree. Originally from La Palma, I moved to Madrid to pursue a rigorous mathematical education and build a career at the intersection of optimization, artificial intelligence and decision science. Alongside my studies, I work at the Instituto de Matemática Interdisciplinar, where I collaborate in academic communication, event organization and institutional projects. My academic record includes several honours distinctions, reflecting a strong foundation in mathematics and a consistent commitment to demanding work. I am especially interested in transforming mathematical ideas into practical tools. My current work explores multicriteria facility-location problems, mathematical programming, spectral graph methods and the integration of machine learning with optimization. Beyond technical work, I value clear communication, intellectual curiosity and the ability to connect ideas across mathematics, technology and real-world decision-making.
